1 Wiring Sequence
After everything is ready, start wiring, according to the schematic diagram, the main circuit should be completed first, and then the control circuit and signal line in turn.

2 Pay-off
Pay-off must be based on the actual needs of the length of the blanking, active wiring harness should consider the maximum limit position required length, pay-off as far as possible to use short, zero wire head, so as to avoid waste; Secondary wires are not allowed to have intermediate joints, strong tensile wires and their insulation is destroyed, the wire arrangement should minimize bending and crossing, bending the bending radius should not be less than 3 times the outer diameter of the wire, and bend into an arc, when the wire crosses, it should be a small number of wires across multiple wires, thin wires across thick wires as the principle; When wiring, each wire should be pulled straight, the line should be straight and neat, and the style is beautiful; When the wire passes through the metal plate hole, the metal plate hole must be covered with appropriate protection, such as rubber retainer; The wire beam is wound with a flame retardant winding tube. In order to meet the heat dissipation requirements when conducting electricity, the winding tube should have a gap of 3 ~ 10mm every time it is wound, and it can also be wound in sections. The spacing of the segment winding is 150 ~ 180mm, and the length of the winding is 100mm.

3 Pressing the connector
Wire through the connector and wiring and external components, and then close the circuit breaker, check whether each way is working normally, only after all the lines work normally can be transferred to the next process, after the test is completed, the wiring slot and terminal cover should be timely reset cover, circuit breaker and air switch in the Electric control box should be kept in the disconnected state.
